Mildmay Uganda MUg, formerly Mildmay International in Uganda, is a national
Non-Government Organization established in Uganda in 1998 as a Centre of
Excellence for provision of comprehensive HIV & AIDS prevention, care,
treatment and training services.
Job Summary ⇒ The TB/HIV Officer will supervise and monitor the
implementation of the TB/HIV strategies and interventions that result in
accelerated HIV epidemic control and achievement of other project targets in
the supported regions and projects

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The applicant for the Mildmay Uganda TB/HIV Officer job placement must hold
a Diploma in Clinical Medicine plus Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health.
⇗ The successful candidate must be registered with the relevant professional
body/council
⇗ Five years of experience in the field of primary health care with in-depth
technical knowledge of TB, TB/HIV or related infectious disease programs.
⇗ S/he must be familiar with the Uganda MOH/National TB and Leprosy Program
and PEPFAR strategies and current priorities for DS-TB and DR-TB for both
children and adults.
