Job Summary ⇒ The Accountant will r eceive and process incoming orders for
products and materials, merchandise and them from the warehouse. Inform
customers of receipt, shipping dates, and delays and handle complaints.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
⇗ Ensuring all GRNs are posted and invoiced in Nav.
⇗ Reconciling raw milk received versus output on daily basis
⇗ Prepare supplier payment schedules on a weekly and monthly basis
⇗ Ensuring that all production is captured and accurately booked in the
system.
⇗ Generation of periodic production reports.
⇗ Compute payroll deductions and allowances and upload them in the workforce.
⇗ Monitor stock of raw materials and finished goods in warehouses and
production floor.
⇗ Compile and compute stock movement reports
⇗ Review and approve raw materials requisitions
⇗ Compute and analyze JESA farm costs monthly.
⇗ Compilation of farm and dairy management reports on monthly basis-This
mainly entails costs of production and output reports.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelors degree
⇗ At least three years of experience
⇗ Fluent in English
⇗ MS Office and MS Excel knowledge
⇗ This job requires a lot of analytical and investigative skills more
especially when compiling analyzing stock movement reports.
⇗ It requires great attention to detail more so when compiling and analyzing
costs of production
