in Eastern region with 4 branches at Busia, Mbale, Soroti and Namayingo.
Job Summary ⇒ The Loan Supervisors will develop, supervise and maintain a
strong performing human resource to manage a good quality loan portfolio in
line with the company policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience ⇒
⇗ The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Business Studies, Education,
Accounting, Micronance or Banking.
⇗ At least two years of working experience with a Micronance, Banking sector
or lending institution.
⇗ Possession of supervisory skills is an added advantage
⇗ Able to prioritize tasks and assignments.
⇗ Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
⇗ Good knowledge of computer application word, Excel and power point}
⇗ Able to prioritize tasks and assignments.
⇗ A positive and professional attitude to work.
⇗ Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
⇗ Able to meet reporting deadlines.
⇗ Age Between 25-35 years
