Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop tools that provide quick visibility of S&D staff and partner commissions
• Provide solutions that automate manual business operational processes like commission calculations
• Provide Insights and analysis on performance gaps and closing them through digitization
• Design Data quality management framework for MTN S&D partners
• Build predictive analytics systems to proactively address performance issues
• Deliver visualized analytics to S&D Management with corrective recommendations
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of digital trends

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, computer science, software engineering Statistics, Business computing or related course

Experience:

• A minimum 2 years’ experience
• Exposure in a Sales Operations environment at a planning level is desirable
• Experience in data analysis, report visualization and application development

Skills:

• Ability to work within a team and independently

• Innovation & ability to research and implement new solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High volume data analysis capabilities
