Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date reputation risk profile and implement mitigation plans.
- Create and execute external communications strategies to enhance corporate brand reputation.
- Manage all crisis communication efforts.
- Develop internal engagement strategies and stakeholder management plans.
- Monitor policy/regulatory activities affecting the business and propose policy positions.
- Oversee corporate sponsorships, events, and social investments.
- Ensure compliance of all communications with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Law, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
