Job Summary

Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is looking for a skilled and experienced SACCO Administrator to manage and drive the growth of a Savings and Credit Cooperative (SACCO). This role demands strong financial management capabilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a genuine commitment to supporting members through efficient savings and credit solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily SACCO operations, including savings collection, loan processing, and member service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Monitor and track loan disbursements, repayments, and overall member account performance.
  • Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, by-laws, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and implementing effective internal controls.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, generate reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster strong member relationships to improve satisfaction and promote SACCO membership growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and financial reporting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, microfinance, or cooperative/SACCO management.
  • Prior experience working in a SACCO is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and a commitment to transparency.
